Who is in your flock?

What is the nuts and bolts of this? Your friends and family can either support your journey to good health or be an obstacle.
If you have no one in your life that is a role of health and fitness, you need to find at least one person to spend time or network with. If it is not possible physically, you can buy a biography of someone who lived a healthy life (Jack Lalanne, Billy Blanks, Kathy Smith, etc)
Friends that are like- minded can assist you in many aspects of your journey. We feel very fortune to have a load of amazing family, friends and colleagues in our lives.
